I’ve started the second week of my real training
Mondays: chest and biceps
Tuesdays: legs and shoulders
Wednesdays: back and triceps
Thursdays: cardio
Fridays: core ; abs
After two weeks, for sure I’m still a shrimp, but a fit one!
Let’s focus more on the diet now.
15/01/2013: 61 kg
Goal : 31/12/2013 at 70 kg
I will take a progress pic by the end of this month if I’m brave enough…

Lets cook!
Coconut and coriander marinated chicken. Not bad for a first attempt.
I should work on the presentation though.
As I’ve not been regular at the gym so far, I consider this year as my starting point.
31/01/2012: 59 kg
Goal : 31/12/2013 at 70 kg
Lets face the challenge!
Let’s start my reading list by a classic: Les Miserables.
It’s never too late!
Do you know a better way to start 2013 than a walk on a sunny day?
Gym: I want to put on weight 10 kg by the end of the year. Target: 70 kg with 8-10% body fat. That’s a challenge, but I will achieve it. No pain, no gain!
Diet: I want to get used to a healthy diet and learn to cook. Avoid the processed food and sodas
Wellbeing: I need to find the good balance between job and personal life. Don’t let my job enslave me and stress put me down.
Keep focus on the good things and avoid the crap. This will take me time to learn, but I’ve to try.
Cultural life: I need to leave the coach and the shitty tv programmes and invest in worthy and quality moments. Reading studying, going to exhibitions, festivals and museums…
And have fun!
2013, being the actor of my own life!
I will fail sometimes, but on the overall I hope I’ll do good.
The shrimp wants to swim into the sea, lets get out of the fishbowl!
What have I accomplished in 2012?
To be honest, I don’t feel I have done much…
I don’t regularly go to the gym… And I think I frustrate my PT who I have not regularly met either.
My Job is still the same which is ok… I still have the pleasure to be alienated and enslaved full time. Whoop whoop!
On the other hand, I’ve been a non smoker for 11 months and don’t want to relapse. My achievement of this year.
Right for 2013, if I want to have my life under control, at least I need to know what I want.
Let’s set some goals…
